Pie with poppy seeds and candied fruit
Japanese cakes... few people knows about it, but better and tastier I don't know, the dough melts in your mouth, weightless... (in my recipe you can bake 2 small or 1 large pie, it all depends on bakeware)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    720 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    115 g

  • Dry milk

    14 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    12 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Ready stuffing

Prepare immediately for welding test for this, 100 ml of water and 20 g flour boil down on low heat until liquid state jelly. Cool.

Fill the bucket of a bread machine all the ingredients in the same order, which according to the instructions - I have the liquid+dry-milk, brew for the dough, sugar, salt, butter, milk, eggs, flour and yeast. Select the Dough I have 1 hour and 30 min.

When the dough is ready, spread on the table and divide into 2 parts. Roll out 2 flat cakes and lubricated - I have poppy seeds, sugar and candied fruit.

The molding rolls and cut them into equal pieces.

In a greased form to lay out slices in a pie. Lubricated yolk and put in a preheated 200" oven for 30 minutes.
