Cooking

step-0
My mix of legumes and grass from TM Mistral: white beans and black eyes, bulgur, green lentils, green split peas + mash (from another company) You can assemble your mix.
step-1
Selected mix I not pre-soaked, as prepared in multivarka-pressure cooker. Just like to be washed.
step-2
Included multivarku-cooker and saute onions with carrots. To do this, turn mode "roasting", the time setting 15 minutes, in a bowl pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a few minutes of warm-up arrange the onion and carrots (I chopped the onion squares, carrot on a coarse grater). Stirring occasionally, cook until the program ends, the cover is thus opened.
step-3
In a bowl passerovannye vegetables spread our mix beans with the bulgur. Fill with water (I pour hot water from the kettle, but not boiling water!!!). Then, close the lid multivarki-pressure cookers, set the pressure valve to the desired position, select the desired program for cooking soup and time. I put a time of 60 minutes. In my multivarka-the pressure cooker this time, given the heat and set pressure, i.e. in my model, the countdown begins immediately after "start".
step-4
While the "pot" we cooks, make "dressing". For fueling I got the tomato, celery, garlic and a mixture of "Italian herbs". Celery and tomato (I peel off) cut into cubes, garlic through chesnokodavku.
step-5
On the stove heat the frying pan, add a little (about 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil and put the celery, tomato, garlic, add spices and salt. Stir fry quickly, about 5-7 minutes.
step-6
After signal the end of the program wait till the pressure cooker itself "bleed" pressure. After you open, look and try. Bean perfectly seethe, then proceed to the next stage.
step-7
Put in the bowl "filling". Stir, taste for salt (if necessary doselevel). Read more...
step-8
... include multivarku-cooker on mode "roasting", the cover is open. The deliver time is about 10-15 minutes. Wait, when you get to the "bubbling" (not sure whether it is clear in the photo, "gurgles"). After boiling in 5-8 minutes, turn off the pressure cooker. Now our Tuscan soup is finally ready. But, if you wish, you can close the pressure cooker lid (NOT including any software), and let the soup let him sweat for another 20-30 minutes.
