Lemon manna in multivarka
I want to offer You your favorite lemon manna, in which I combined two recipes: recipe of the manna was discharged a year ago from some kind of culinary pamphlets, and recipe of the filling (or layer) from the cookbook "Festive table" (author L. Fyodor and Ekaterina lemkul, 1971 edition). And in one and in another recipe needs to be lemons. In the original recipe: the dough added the lemon juice and zest and the filling entirely a couple of lemons scrolls through a meat grinder. Today I decided to replace lemons with lemon jam, "Mach." The result was great! Besides, using jam, there is no need to squeeze the juice, grate the zest and twist the meat grinder! In General, the savings in time and effort)))

Once the added lemon jam and mixed, introduced into the mass of semolina, which was left for swelling. Knead well and slowly start to introduce the flour. After the first Cup of flour add to the batter a half-Cup of yogurt and 1 tsp of baking soda. And after already add the second Cup of flour.
