Description

A fairly quick, simple and delicious recipe of chicken hearts.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    0.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Hearts clean, wash and marinate in soy sauce for about 30 minutes (if more, the taste will be even richer). Onion cut into half rings, carrots - small cubes.

In vegetable oil fry the onion with the carrot. Diminish the heat to low, add vegetables to the hearts along with the sauce, and simmer under a lid for about 30 minutes. Increase the flame and evaporate the sauce. Adding to our hearts canned beans in tomato sauce (or regular canned beans + 2 tbsp tomato paste + 2 tbsp water + 0.5 tsp. of sugar).

Add chopped garlic and herbs to taste (I had dried celery). Our hearts simmer beans for 10 minutes over medium heat (the sauce evaporated a bit). Well, that and you're done! Bon appetit!!!
