Rice vegetable cushion
Very often so the rice cooked, my family really like it. The rice comes out tender, crumbly and delicious. I looked on the website, like not found such an option, if repeated - I'm sorry.

Take a pan with thick bottom. I think each family now has this (I personally have 10 years of ware BergHOFF). Pour into the pan vegetable oil. Cut into cubes zucchini, carrots three on a coarse grater, and onion shinkuem cubes. Heat a little oil and layer zucchini, then carrot top, onion, lightly add salt and fry for 5 minutes, stir. Gas is temporarily off.

Wash the rice and spread on top of the vegetables, even out and sprinkle with salt again (a bit).

Then cut tomato slices and put on top of rice.

Next cut peppers into strips and spread on top. These 2 layers have not mixed. On top sprinkle with marjoram. Close the lid, put the stew on small fire for about 1 hour. No water injection is not necessary - the rice is perfectly steamed with butter and juice from the vegetables.
