This is a recipe from my childhood-such houses did my mother. I must say that the cheese then I'm not respected, and the houses ate with pleasure.

Cooking
Take any cookies, I had sugar and chocolate. Carefully cut with a knife into 2/3 and 1/3 10 cookies.
On plastic wrap spread on 5 whole cookies in a row. Curd mix with sugar and vanilla (you can use a ready-made cottage cheese), and put a strip on the center of the cookies.
On the sides of the cheese spread 1/3 of the cookies.
At the sides, and again spread cheese, and a number of 2/3 cookies.
Again at the sides, spread the cheese.
Now spread the whole biscuits, and the top-about half.
Here is a house turned out.
In a bowl pour the milk, chocolate breaks.
Heated on a slow fire until thick.
Water our house.
Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Take out of the fridge, remove the film.
Cut into houses and eat.
