Cooking

Now add oil, I took the mustard, but you can use any other vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste and all mix well, I would say is triturated with a spoon. I tried two ways of filing. The first festive. On dish spread vegetable mixture.
Top center put the filling, sprinkle all the crumbled feta.
Final touch: sprinkle-decorate all berries of black currant. I personally here just yet begged cranberries, but, according to Murphy's law, I failed to find, but currants are very well blended into the salad. Loved the little bursts of freshness with ingestion of the berries.
The second option is a casual. Mix vegetable mixture with dressing and put on a plate. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and decorate with berries. If the first method looks more elegant, the second is easier, and tastier, especially if you can stand at least 10 minutes.
