Another fresh vegetable salad Spanish cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions fairly finely chopped. Radish to grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with herbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add olive oil and a little vinegar. Mix well. Bon appetit!

I served with Captain (liver stew Spanish) and noodles.
