Strudel with apples
Dear cooks, this autumn day would like to invite you to tea with a slice of delicious Apple strudel! Delicate crumbly pastry and fragrant filling will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Melt the butter and cool.

In a bowl combine milk, sour cream and soda.

Beat egg with sugar.

Add sour milk and baking soda, vegetable and melted butter, mix well.

Gradually add flour to the dough came out too tight.
