Apricot tart with brie cheese and rosemary honey
A small set of products, spending a little time and minimal effort, get a delicious dessert! The fragility of the puff pastry tarts favorably contrasts with the juicy filling of savory brie cheese and bright apricots, and a delicate sweetness of honey flavoured with rosemary accents in places. A perfect dessert!

  • Puff pastry

    200 g

  • Soft cheese

    120 g

  • Apricot

    6 piece

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

Roll out the dough, transfer to a form (I have 20х11 cm), obrovnyat edge, the bottom prick with a fork. Vystelit baking paper, put the cargo and put for 5 minutes in a preheated 200*C oven.

Return the tart to the oven. When the cheese begins to melt (after 10 minutes), remove the form, spread on top of cheese apricots and put back in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Tarte ready to pour honey, from which previously removed sprigs of rosemary (I love rosemary, so it leaves I did not catch))). Serve warm. You know, it's amazing! In cooled form tart is wonderful as well.
