Cake-cheesecake
I always thought that a cheesecake is a round bun with cottage cheese filling. It turns out that the so-called round cakes with cottage cheese. They came out in the spring, many Slavic peoples, and the circle symbolized the sun finally appeared after a long winter. Well, let's try this cheesecake?

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    10 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

  • Prunes

  • Vanilla

  • Rum
