So, here we go... I Wanted this morning for some scrambled eggs, I even caught my arm cottage cheese home, I decided it for some scrambled eggs, and even apricots under the window ripe...... Whisk 2 eggs with sugar in the blender, then add curd and whisk well, add the semolina and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut small thin slices but our fragrant and fresh apricots... our Pour egg-cheese mixture on a well heated pan (sunflower oil added quite a bit, so better), lay out the slices of apricots and leave to simmer on a tiny heat under the cover...
As soon as our eggs casserole a good grab - gently turn and hold for a few moments... All our Breakfast - spread on a plate and eat, can fruit, can with sour cream or jam.
