Cooking
Beets grate on a coarse grater and spread bottom layer of the salad.
Lightly grease the beets with mayonnaise and put on top of grated cheese
Too little maionica and grated apples (I have them today is not sprinkled with lemon, and just quickly smeared with mayonnaise and began to do the next layer)
The top layer I made striped: striped fresh carrots - a strip of green peas. And the edges of the salad sprinkled with finely chopped green onions. That's all! The salad is ready! Bon appetit!!!
