Cooking
Shrimp scalded with boiling water, peel, chop crab meat, add dry mustard, a pinch of black pepper and salt, wine vinegar and olive oil.
Mix well and leave to marinate.
While our seafood marinated, boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs. All cool, clean. Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater and spread in a not very deep, transparent dish.
To miss the mark with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped pickled bell pepper. If you don't have pickled peppers, you can take fresh.
On pepper put the chopped carrots, coat with mayonnaise.
Carrots sprinkle with chopped eggs, coat with mayonnaise.
Spread on top of pickled seafood.
Sprinkle with chopped onion. I sliced the red onion.
From top to grate cheese and thickly to coat the salad with mayonnaise.
Decorate the stones with almonds and pickles, to make seaweed pickled peppers and greens fish I cut out of carrots. Savory salad turned out! Help yourself, Bon appetit!
