Ingredients

  • Veal

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Quinoa

    1 cup

The meat slightly discourage, or to chop for softness.

To prepare the sauce you need to mix the honey and teriyaki, add to the garlic.

Enable multiverse mode "Baking" or "Roasting", pour the oil for frying. The lid does not close. Give the oil to heat up for 3-5 minutes. Put the veal and fry until Golden brown on each side. I this step is made in a skillet-grill (like it!).

Pour meat sauce, dip them in sesame seeds. Put the meat in the slow cooker. Put the program "Fighting", cooking time - 1 hour. After 30 minutes I turned the meat on the other side, and continued fighting. While the meat is stewed, prepare the garnish. Boil grain quinoa, as stated on the packaging!
