Today I come to you with easy to prepare recipe from an old notebook. Casserole with succulent fillings under the Golden, crispy cheese crumbs.

Cooking
Usually casserole without meat, but today the dish is for meat lovers! Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Boil the rice until soft.
Onion, garlic, peel and cut into cubes. Fry until soft, add diced zucchini. Saute on medium heat for 7 minutes.
Mix the fillet, rice, vegetable mixture. Add spices, salt to taste. Herbs (I had cilantro). I was used pic brand Mistral.
For stresses: cheese RUB on a small grater, add the chopped butter and flour (you can use flour, corn gets even tastier) Grind into crumbs.
Vegetables with meat stacked in the form, top, sprinkle with strategem and sent in a pre-heated oven. Bake at 180град. until slightly Golden.
