Casserole with rice and zucchini
Today I come to you with easy to prepare recipe from an old notebook. Casserole with succulent fillings under the Golden, crispy cheese crumbs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Flour

  • Cheese

Usually casserole without meat, but today the dish is for meat lovers! Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Boil the rice until soft.

Onion, garlic, peel and cut into cubes. Fry until soft, add diced zucchini. Saute on medium heat for 7 minutes.

Mix the fillet, rice, vegetable mixture. Add spices, salt to taste. Herbs (I had cilantro). I was used pic brand Mistral.
