Dear cooks, that's been a year since I joined "the Cook". For this reason I wanted to cook one of favorite dishes, and share his recipe with You.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Baton

    3 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Preparation of the mincemeat to begin with, that will clean the herring from the bones and skins. Boil potatoes in their skins. Begin to twist in a meat grinder in the first place, the herring, then onions. Next them peeled boiled potatoes.

Then cheese them. The baton must be soaked in milk, squeeze it and then grind it in a meat grinder.

Pre-boiled eggs cut into medium cubes and add to the mincemeat.
