Cooking
Dry the bread in the toaster oven (or pan).
We will cut diamonds. Total should have 16 diamonds for the big 4, then 4 smaller, even smaller and very small.
Radish cut into small cubes.
Add the pepper, diced.
Add the cheese, sour cream and horseradish. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
Fish cut into medium-sized pieces. Squeezing lemon juice.
Add a little zest, cut into strips.

Collect the Christmas tree. First the large diamonds, then less, etc.

Decorate with caviar and dill.
