Description
One day, many years ago, I tried one of the restaurant's original dish, and since then (some would add) it has become one of my signature. Easy to prepare, it can decorate a festive table and serve a great hot for dinner for two or just for dinner

Cooking
This dish can be cooked with other fish but I love salmon. To start, wash the fillets, free from skin and dry. Cut into pieces (size depends on your appetite) at the rate of 2 slices per skewer.
Prepare the marinade. Grate on a fine grater fresh ginger, and will add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, soy sauce and honey. Mix up and lay back our fish. Leave for a while.
While the fish is marinating, prepare the shrimp. Taken from the calculation of 2 things on a skewer. Wash and peel the shrimp. Head do not throw away, still useful to us. Exempted from shrimp guts (Yes, prawns have guts!:)). With knife, make an incision along the "spine" of the shrimp, heave the gut with a knife or your finger and pull. So.
Put the shrimp on a slice of bacon and wrap in a roll. Doing the same with all shrimp.
Then strung on wooden sticks on the two pieces of fish and two shrimp rolls, alternating them with each other.
Heated a spoon of oil in a frying pan and fry in it the heads of the prawns until they turn red and will not give juice. Then remove the shrimp. This little trick, our dish will turn out tastier, as the oil will already have the taste of shrimp. Put our skewers in this oil and fry them on both sides until Golden brown.
Spread on a dish. Garnish to your taste. I served with couscous. Very much my husband loves :) Well, that's all. Help yourself! :)
