Cooking
And so the first thing to soak the raisins for 20 minutes (in boiling water). Over time it will drain it in a colander and drain off liquid. Take ONE egg and separate white from the yolk.
Next, take 2 eggs and one white and beat well with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then add all other ingredients (except pineapple): semolina, curd, baking powder, raisins, zest and mix well until smooth. Now I usually try cottage cheese and add taste, that is what is missing (usually it's sugar, because I like the pudding sweeter). The number of monkey here as well about this (it depends on eggs, and cheese). If you see that the mass of watery, then add more semolina. The recipe for this no, but I'm in cottage cheese and add more sliced pineapple, because of this, the number of decoys are also increasing.
Now take the form (any), grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Now on the bottom of the form put slices of pineapple.
Spread on top cheese and brush with egg yolk (which we left in the beginning).
Put in oven at t 150-180° and bake until tender about an hour (depending on oven).
When casserole has cooled down a bit, turn her on top, you'll have the pineapple. In round shape will look prettier, but my round form (diameter 26 cm) slightly too big for the amount of ingredients (this is my personal opinion). BON APPETIT!!!
Here's a casserole in the section.
