Stuffed mushrooms from my stuffing
Know what recipes stuffed mushrooms a lot, are countless. The dish is not original. But I would like to offer a version of its toppings. Turned out pretty tasty )

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Remove mushroom legs and put them separately.

Mushrooms boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

Now the legs are cut into cubes.

Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.

When the onions become slightly transparent, add finely chopped mushroom legs.

Then I decided to try a new taste: I added the diced pear sour-sweet varieties. All this is mixed and broil until almost cooked. It will happen quickly.

Boil chicken, finely chop and put in blender.

Add sour cream

Tomato sauce, salt and spices. Grind. Not necessarily to a liquid state so slightly. But you can just manually mix.

When vegetable mix is ready, add it to the minced meat. Stir.

Fill the hat with stuffing and put in a baking dish, previously greased it liberally with butter. Pour on the bottom a little water or broth.

The three cheese on a small grater and sprinkle them with the mushrooms. Bake in the oven until Golden brown. It took me about 30 minutes.

I have a filling and I decided to make a roll of puff pastry :) the Top is sprinkled with the remaining grated cheese.
