Caramel coffee biscuits
This is the most favorite cookies from me and my goddaughter. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter coffee and mega-candy. Perfect for a Cup of coffee, but to prepare elementary, the hardest part is to follow the caramel. I have a glass of 200 ml.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Sesame

    5 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

Sugar pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom, I have a small cauldron. Put on medium heat and wait until the melted caramel. Do not depart far, because it happens in a moment.

Once you see that the caramel is brown, turn off the fire immediately, it will remain very hot. At this point add the coffee. If you don't love blotches coffee cookies, which taste bitter, this point can be omitted. I really like, so I can safely pour a spoonful of coffee.

Then add flour and knead the dough with a spoon. It is not steep, but it is due to the fact that warm. Once the dough sit in the fridge, it will harden. If you are very savjete it with flour, then when cutting it washes crumbles. Cups of flour with a small hill is enough.

Formed just such a sausage and wrap in clingfilm. Put into the fridge for 1-2 hours until the dough hardens.

Preheat the oven to 180C. And while it's warming up, the generated cookie. Parchment and pour the sesame rolls our sausage, as if pressing into the dough more seeds.
