Fish salad with saffron rice and leeks
Bright, yellowish, at the expense of the cucumber salad! Very pleasing in the winter when so little of the sun.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Saffron

  • Mayonnaise

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Boil rice with saffron, studim.

Cucumber peel from skin (who doesn't want not clean), cut into cubes.

The eggs boil hard boiled, studim, cut arbitrarily.

Leeks cut into rings.

Fish sort, clean from bones and skin, mash.
