Description

Very tasty and crunchy salad, you can say, vitamin. Fits meat, especially kebabs.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Fresh cauliflower, wash, cut into small florets.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Dill finely chop. All mix, add salt and pepper to taste, mayonnaise with sour cream 50/50.

Let stand before serving in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
