Apple butter in a slow cooker
Now, in season apples, the question arises-what with them to do something? And cook the jam for this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    700 g

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Black currants

    100 g

It's very simple, I'm not going to show you the sliced apples, etc. just tell order. Apples are cleaned ( rind makes an excellent compote), an arbitrary cut into thin slices, put in the pot, I added some frozen berries of black currant for color and smell. On apples pour the sugar and 1 teaspoon citric acid. Nothing to mix-just turn on the mode of Quenching ( I 2 hours) and you are done!

The jam turned out with a slight acidity, quite thick. And of course, delicious! And no need to stand - to mix, watch out-nothing will burn and everything will work - of course :)
