Description

White beans with beef
A hearty dish of white beans and beef for lunch or dinner. Cooked in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Figure

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Olive oil

  • Greens

  • Water

    400 ml

The beans were soaked for a day. During this time I changed the water three times.

Washed the beans and put in a bowl multivarki. Poured hot water. Included program control and set to 100 degrees for 120 minutes.

Beef shredded in the chipper, but not too small. Put the meat in the slow cooker to beans after 30 minutes after switching on.

Prepared pepper, carrot, onion and stalk of celery.

The legs of the mushrooms ( left over from a previous recipe ) shredded with a knife.

The legs and all the vegetables added to the slow cooker 30 minutes before the end of the program. Added oil, all the spices and seasonings.

The rice added just before turning off the slow cooker. The contents thoroughly mixed and left for 15 minutes alone. Prepared greens.

Once mixed the cooked meat with the vegetables and put in a deep ceramic bowl.

The dish was served with fresh greens, fennel and coriander.
