Salad with liver
Think of salads with the same name on the site a lot, because we all love to experiment. So I have this time was an experiment, that someone might be familiar. But for me it was the first salad I came up with myself, and was very happy with them.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    250 g

  • Green beans

    250 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Boil the liver until tender. Season with salt to taste in the cooking process. Also boil until cooked beans.

Drain the beans, cool.

To the beans add, cut into strips, pickles.

Cut into strips, bell pepper.

A hard-boiled egg, also cut into strips.

Pineapple - strips. From syrup, not much pressing, to not swim, but remained juicy.

And add liver, cut into thin strips.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste (careful with salt as there are pickles, and other foods when cooking was salted). Mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.

Mix well and serve.
