Nut semolina and yogurt
Very unusual recipe for me. The first time I meet a combination of semolina cake+yogurt. The cake turns out crumbly, so porous and sooo nutty! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

Cooking

Semolina pour the yogurt, mix well and leave on time, so swollen semolina.

The dried nuts on a dry pan and chop not very finely.

Egg whisk with sugar in the foam.

To beaten eggs, add sifted flour, salt, soda. Stir well. In the dough pour in the semolina with kefir. And stir again.

In this mixture, add melted margarine and nuts. Mix well

Pour our dough in the form. The form should be filled 2/3. Send it in to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
