Meatballs with carrots and tomatoes
Carrots, cooked separately in a double boiler, gives a unique flavor, and the tomatoes make the meatballs tender.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Bread crumbs

To cook products:

The carrots in the steamer, then mash them with a fork,

Tomatoes pour boiling water, remove skin, chop.

Mix beef, tomatoes, carrots, eggs, bread, soaked in milk, herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil (lightly).
