Delicious loecki with fish filling. For the contest "world of animals"

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Eggplant

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salmon

    1 can

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

For the filling: boil the Rice in salted water, drain in a colander. Cut eggplant into strips, sprinkle with salt, 30 minutes rinse with cold water. Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater. All the vegetables and fry on medium heat in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add the rice, stir, cool.

From the salmon remove the bones, mash with a fork. Green onion, add along with the fish for the stuffing.

Puff pastry roll out into two layers. For figures I used... ordinary baby molds for the sandbox, they are just available and inexpensive. Intended to test future puff mould.

Spread the filling, cover the top with a second layer of dough is pressed against the mold.

The yolk mixed with milk. Fish put on a greased baking tray, brush with the egg mixture, make the notch of the fins and scales. Bake at 200 gr. 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
