Very delicate, moderately sweet and tasty cake:) I like it because you do not need to worry about the softness of the cakes, because the cake I always have problems: ( the First time this cake I tried from my grandmother. He was my favorite:) But he seemed to me difficult to prepare. I recently decided to find a recipe online and bake it:) I was browsing through various sites, tried different cooking options and present you with the option of cooking, which is exactly what should happen. In the recipe I'm going to do mark, what has changed me and why I decided to do things differently.

Cooking
First prepare the cream. Pour into a saucepan sugar, add eggs and whisk the mixture with a mixer until white foam.
Next add the milk, flour and again beat with a mixer.
Sent on a medium heat, stirring constantly DEFINITELY! Once it starts boiling, diminish the fire and begin to interfere more intense.
It turns out that such a mass of cream-colored. Add softened butter and mix everything with a whisk.
Personally, I prefer chocolate cream, so I this cream added cocoa powder. You can, of course, not to add, but as for me, the cake tastes better with chocolate cream. All the cream is ready!
Prepare the dough. In a saucepan put sugar, honey, eggs, slaked soda and softened butter.
To put everything on water bath and, STIRRING well, cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and gradually add the sifted flour. Interfere first with a spoon, until the mixture becomes viscous, then it is possible and hands.
Then put the finished dough on the table. KNEAD PROHIBITED! Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls.
Roll out small balls from the layers and cut out their circles. I used a bowl to cut circles. In addition to the 8 cakes I got 3 more from scraps. The rest of the remains will go to the sprinkles, or you can make delicious cookies;)
I baked the cakes in the oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes. In the pan (as stated) I failed : (
Cakes should not have a Golden crust, otherwise they will be tough.
