Description
Offer to pamper the kids a delicious crispy waffles with watermelon custard (cardom). The kids were happy, the cream has impressed them.

Cooking
1. With watermelon squeeze the juice, we need 200 ml watermelon juice.
2. With half an orange squeeze the juice, remove the zest. Watermelon juice mixed with zest and orange juice.
3. In the watermelon juice to drive two eggs, add sugar, honey and mix well.
4. Add to the mixture the flour, mix well and cook on a water bath until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk. When the cream is ready add a knob of butter, mix well with a whisk. The cream needs to cool and chill in fridge. Do not forget to regularly stir the cream to prevent the appearance of brown.
5. Prepare waffles: in a bowl drive egg, put sugar, honey, vegetable oil, milk and mix well.
6. Add the flour and corn starch.
7. Mix well to obtain a batter like thick cream.
8. Bake waffles until Golden color take them out of the waffle iron, immediately wound on the cone. Definitely folded the bottom to get a closed envelope. A little dry waffles, fill them with cold cream and immediately served to the table. Since I have no pastry syringe I used an ordinary plastic bag (put in a package of cream distributed in one corner, a corner cut with scissors).
