Description
Recipes carrot cakes (cupcakes) a lot. The same recipe (basic pie dough) shared with me a friend 6 years ago. Cooked carrot cake and other recipes, but keep coming back to this. Seem to be low is obtained, and in the test there is nothing special, but I don't know why, somehow I liked the cake from this test. Friend makes a layer of jam/marmalade sour, adds the cinnamon, the top is decorated with nuts and chocolate. I used to do stuff like that. Now I tried to do a layer of soft curd cheese (creamy) and cranberry sauce D arbo. Make a great combination! Try it, maybe you'll like it! And another small addition: before the carrot cake I baked or in the oven or aerogrill. Now bake it in a slow cooker.

Knead the dough in order: 1. mix eggs with sugar 2. add the melted margarine (or oil) 3. add soda, slaked with vinegar 4. pour the flour 5. add carrots
The Cup multivarki grease liberally with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina (you can use a breadcrumbs). And put in the bowl the dough. Include "Baking" time 1 hour. After the signal the cover is not open (!!!), leave on heat for 15-20 minutes.
The finished cake out of the bowl using container-steamers. And leave to cool.
The cooled cake cut into two layers.
At first Korzh spread cranberry sauce D arbo. I smeared the cake with 3 tbsp. sauce.
On top of the cranberry sauce spread with mixture of cream cheese. The paste was prepared so: the mixer mixed the cheese (cream) cheese (three jars Almette) + cream (approximately 50 ml) + 2 tbsp of powdered sugar with cinnamon
Once again the cranberry sauce D arbo - 3 tablespoons
Then cover with the second Korzh. Coat top and sides with a mass of cream cheese, sprinkle with walnut crumbs. (I have a crumb of roasted almonds.) To put it in the refrigerator a few hours for impregnation and solidification.
