Cooking
For the filling we need. Boil the basmati rice Mix Mistral until tender.
Boil chicken breast for 20 minutes or until tender.
Grate cheese 150 gr. on a coarse grater. Broccoli scalded with boiling water for 3 minutes. Cool and finely chop. Boiled chicken fillet dismantle the fibers to pieces.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cheese, chicken and broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. The stuffing is ready.
Preheat the oven to 190 gr. Ready puff pastry cut into triangles. In each triangle put the filling and wrap in the shape of a bagel, trying to keep the filling was hidden.
Grease the pan (30 by 40 cm) with butter and spread the bagels with a small distance from each other. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
While bagels are baked prepare the sauce. In the pan melt the butter. Add corn starch, mix well and cook for one minute. Add chicken broth and stir with a whisk until smooth. Cook the sauce on low heat stirring constantly until thick. In a separate saucepan heat 1 Cup milk. The milk should be hot. Add the sauce to the hot milk. Mix and add half a Cup of sour cream. Mix everything again. Cheddar cheese, grate on a fine grater. Add to sauce and mix thoroughly. Add sugar and salt to taste. Cook the sauce over low heat until the cheese melts. The sauce is ready.
After 10 minutes of baking, remove bagels from oven, and cover with the sauce. Sent again in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until Golden brown and the dish is Served to the table warm. Enjoy!!!
