Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater, better, as for Korean carrot.
Cheese cut into thin strips, add it to the carrots. You can also grate cheese and coarse grater, again, ideally - grater for Korean carrot.
Greens chop and add to the carrots and cheese. Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic, salad. Pepper to taste the mixture of peppers (or pepper) from a grinder. Mix well. Not suggest to this salad to add anything like nuts or raisins. Their taste will kill the sharpness of the salad, which gives garlic, cilantro and freshly ground pepper. Bon appetit!
