Roll out puff pastry and a notch cut out two identical circles. On one of them the recess of smaller diameter intended 2 semicircles.
Cut with a knife semi-circles, and inside them cut out the circles.
Using the foil forming the future face of a frog and send it together with foil in a preheated 180*C oven.
While baking our "frog" we are preparing the filling. To do this, take the herbs and grind it. We still need cottage cheese with the olives, we will mix it with greens.
So this will be our filling.
This stuffed puff lubricates the first round.
On top put the face. Make eyes from olives (pitted), and eyes of olives. Insert eyes in your eye sockets.
Put a frog in lettuce.
From slice of tomato do tongue.
