Pirozhkova the dough
This dough I was taught to cook mom!!! Is it possible to prepare as pies and meat pies, pizza and more. This dough is easy to make and it is prepared quickly. Yes! Another little secret :this dough I'm cooking while fasting, but without the eggs!!!


  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water, carbonated

    1 l

  • Flour

    7 cup


Separately in a Cup dilute 100 g of yeast and 100-150 g of water until smooth.
Then in a deep saucepan whisk 2 eggs,
Sugar, salt
And there pour the diluted yeast, stir.
Then add mineral water 1 liter and stir.
Last step: in the resulting mass add MUK, until thick Pirozhkova dough.
SURE! the dough was well suited, i.e. raised, it is necessary to put in a water bath and close the lid. For those who don't know what a water bath: pour into a small saucepan of water and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and put it on the pan with the received test. When the dough rises to the cover, it should be well mixed, so that it fell again, and close the lid. The dough is ready when it rises to cover 3 times!!!
