Cooking

step-0
Whisk sugar with eggs until foamy. Put in the fridge.
step-1
Sift the flour into the pan. Add poppy seeds, baking powder. Can I have another packet of vanillin or vanilla sugar. Mix.
step-2
Pour the eggs with the sugar to the flour and mix.
step-3
Apples clear from the skin. Form or a deep frying pan put the tracing paper (I have a foil, which I hate - it is bad then baking unstuck. But the tracing paper I again forgot to buy). Apples cut into pieces and put into a mold.
step-4
Pour half of the batter on the apples. Carefully leveled so that the apples were all under test.
step-5
In the remaining dough put the cocoa and mix.
step-6
Pour the batter on top of the white shape. Let stand for 5-10 minutes so that it rose slightly.
step-7
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then cover the pie with foil and bake for another 15-25 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden stick. Apple pie is ready, gently flip on a plate and let stand for 15 minutes under a towel to slightly cool.
