A tender chicken
The recipe is not mine, but were shamelessly borrowed. Made some adjustments to your own taste, and it turned out just a delicious dinner for two. Pieces of chicken, very tender, soft and juicy, every bite into the delicate shell, a very tasty sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

The chicken separated from the bones and remove the skin. You can just buy chicken. Cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried Basil, add lemon juice, mash everything together with your hands for 2-3 minutes and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, mustard, sesame seeds, pressed garlic, if necessary add salt to taste, but be careful, soy sauce is salty.

Protein a little salt and gently whisk by hand. Add starch, stir, to avoid lumps.

Pour protein mixture into the chicken, mix well with your hands.

Pan heat with oil, put the chicken and, stirring occasionally, fry for 5-7 minutes. Each piece enveloped and the result is a very thin delicate crust around each piece. But the main thing - not to overdo the chicken, cooked very quickly, and it is likely to dry up and be dry, I 5 minutes was enough, then it braised in the sauce.

Then chicken, pour the prepared sauce, mix well, fry for another 5 minutes and our chicken in the shell with sauce ready.
