Cheesecake in a jar of apricot jelly
A delicious dessert that is very convenient to take with you to work or on the nature!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Apple juice

    100 ml

  • Jam

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Walnuts

  • Mint

In the bowl of a processor put the cheese, sugar, egg white and a pinch of vanilla.

Enable pulse mode and grind until smooth.

Spread cottage cheese jars. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

In a bowl pour 100 ml of Apple juice, 100ml. low-calorie jam D arbo - apricot and 5 g of gelatin. Give the gelatin to swell, according to the instructions on the package. After that, warm up the apricot - Apple mass on low heat to gelatin dissolves, but do NOT bring to a boil.

To give the jelly to cool slightly, then cover the casserole. Allow to solidify in the refrigerator.
