Put the dough in the chocolate chips. If you do not, then just take the dark chocolate and chop it in large pieces. Salt.
Put the dough portions (8-9 pieces) on the baking tray lined with parchment. Just want to say that when baking they are very spread out so the distance between them should be very decent! Bake in preheated to 190 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. I'm a little overexposed, the Christophe lighter.
