Cooking

step-0
Beet to boil, clear. Apple peel and seeds.
step-1
In a blender mix the beets, apples and banana until puréed. If you have a blender, you can make it RUB on the smallest grater.
step-2
Add the brown sugar Demerara TC "Mistral".
step-3
Honey, vegetable oil, vinegar and blend again. It is clear that fruits and vegetables of all different varieties and types, so the richness of all will be different. If the original beets with fruits do not want to priovate, simply add 3-4 tablespoons of cold water.
step-4
Separately, in a bowl, mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
step-5
Then mix all together, add chopped nuts. Let stand 10 minutes so all the ingredients are "friends" with each other.
step-6
Bake in a form (I have 20cm*30cm*5cm), with an oiled parchment in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 50 minutes. What flavors will haunt you for an hour, you have no idea!!! The smell of chocolate, spices... Mmmm!!! Divine!!!
step-7
The finished cake must be removed from the oven, allow to cool completely, remove paper and decorate according to your desire. I just sprinkled the top with cocoa powder and powdered sugar... Bon appetit! All the best to you and your family!!!
