I want to share my method of preparing puffed rice at home and a recipe for brownies with rice, which I dedicated to air assault.

Cooking
For the preparation of puffed rice, I used short-grain rice the company "Mistral".
Boil the rice in plenty of water until cooked, even a bit to digest, but rice do not stick together, cook for 20-25 minutes. With rice well and drain water.

Further, in a pan, pour and heat the oil and throw the dry rice in small portions (the rice almost immediately have to swell), then put the cooked rice on a napkin to remove excess fat. Tip: rice is best to fry in deep fat.
Beat eggs with sugar until foam, add sour cream, melted butter, baking soda slaked with vinegar, flour. You should get the dough consistency like thick cream.
