Very tasty snack with roasted vegetables in the oven. Such vegetables served with spicy sauce, which gives the vegetables incredible flavor and taste.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients for meals.
Wash all the vegetables. Peel the onion and pepper. Chop all vegetables into cubes 2x2. Fold in a large bowl, add ground paprika, ground black pepper, a little salt (it will complement the soy sauce), vegetable oil. Mix everything carefully.
All this beauty spread out on a baking sheet with a baking Mat or parchment, flatten. Put in preheated oven to 170°C and bake until the vegetables are tender, 20-25 minutes, in the process three times gently to mix.
While roasting vegetables, make the sauce. In a bowl pour the soy sauce TM Kikkoman light, add lemon juice, sugar, pressed garlic, mix well. Then add the butter and again mix well. Here you can try the salt, if not enough, add to taste. Put the sauce on the fire, bring to boil and remove from heat, cool slightly.
The vegetables are ready remove from the oven. They do not need to fry too, enough, so they were just all ready and most importantly, not turned to mush. Allow to cool slightly.
Spread the snacks on plates, put the halves of cherry tomatoes, chopped herbs and pour the sauce.
The snack can be as independent dish, it can be served with young boiled potatoes. Very tasty, and warm and cold. Bon appetit!
