Toast with cottage cheese and roasted vegetables in a slow cooker
What could be better than a delicious toasted toast for Breakfast, but even this, with vegetables and cheese, right nothing!!! But all this can be done in a slow cooker without much effort!!!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Cheese curd

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Arugula

    1 handful

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

This recipe I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Mushrooms cut into slices, and bell pepper strips.

Then clean the grease Cup multivarki a little vegetable oil, lay thinly sliced loaf, choose program Fry and set time for 15 minutes. Fry all the slices of bread with two sides, if the time is not enough, it is possible to add.

Now, on each slice of bread spread with cream cheese (my greens), then put the vegetables, sprinkle with pine nuts and decorate with leaves of arugula. You can start tasting Bon appetite!!!
