Cranberry chicken salad on Apple slices
This salad was intended for the beautiful half of humanity, but what was my surprise when the strong half more promptly held a tasting and were very pleased!))) Juicy and flavorful breast, sweet and sour cranberries, fresh taste of apples, delicate almonds and a spicy dressing - will try?

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    180 g

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    30 ml

  • Sour cream

    30 ml

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fillet wash and dry. To recapture under film to a thickness of 1 cm.

To deploy the sheet with seasoning and put to one side of the fillet. Cover with the other half of the sheet and press firmly.

Fry in dry hot pan for 5 minutes on each side, under the hood.

To cut fillet into small cubes. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, a pinch of salt, black pepper, curry and lemon juice, adjust according to your taste - I added a pinch of sugar.

Pour the filling into the chicken and the cranberries. Mix well.

Be sure the almonds fry in a dry hot pan.

Begin to assemble the salad, just before serving. Cut apples into discs, removing seeds. If you are afraid that apples will darken - oil with lemon juice - I did not grease and apples I have not darkened for 40 minutes, then the salad just disappeared from the table))).

Spread on apples salad.

Sprinkle almond and serve immediately!!
