Very spicy, juicy and delicious salad! In my family he is always on the table on Christmas night. Sweet and sour pineapple goes very well with the spicy sharpness of garlic. There are similar recipes on the website, but still not it. Maybe this salad will taste. Try it!

I used canned pineapple chunks, in light syrup. The syrup to drain if the pieces are large, cut them smaller.
Gouda cheese from Belebeevsky dairy plant to RUB on a large grater.
Cheese mixed with pineapple, add pressed garlic and mayonnaise, mix well. Salt is usually not required, but you make your choice.
To give the salad to brew for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Can be served!
