Cooking
Pork to beat off with 2 sides.
Add salt, mustard (classic, Dijon, French... what is love and what is). Into 3 portions - 3 tablespoons. How to "hybrids", as if rubbing the mustard into the meat. Leave for 15 minutes.
Fry with 2 sides quickly until Golden brown.
