Ice cream preparing is very easy. We will need only 20 minutes and a minimum of 4 hours. From this quantity of products obtained about 1.5 quarts of ice cream. So, let's begin. Prepare the berries. I took the raspberry, you can take any berries: strawberries, blueberries, strawberries, or any berries that You like the most.
Raspberries (berries) grind into a puree in a blender along with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 50 grams of powdered sugar.
Using a mixer, mix mascarpone and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Leave to stand for 5-6 minutes. Same here, add the berry puree and whisk for 2-3 minutes.
Separately whisk the cream and mix carefully with berry mass.
For forms you can take an ordinary plastic container (1.5 liters). Fill weight, close with cling film and sent to 4 hours in the cold (it is better at night). And, ice cream is ready. Before serving ice cream leave on for 10-20 minutes to thaw. When cutting or shaping the balls, rinse the knives in warm water.
