Cooking
Knead the dough from margarine, flour, 3 egg yolks and soda, slaked with vinegar, and put 3 hours in the refrigerator. 15-20 minutes before baking, remove from the refrigerator and divide it into 3 parts
While the dough is cooled, you need to cook the meringue from the remaining 3 proteins and 1 Cup of sugar
Next, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, put one ball of dough and with your fingers flatten it in an even layer, approximately 5 mm thick.
Sprinkle a layer of chopped nuts (1/3 Cup),
On top of nuts put 1/3 of meringue (like the pictures).
Prefabricated one cake is ready. Bake in a preheated 100о the oven for about 25-30 minutes (the meringue should be Golden brown, dry and hard, while baked meringue, the cake becomes such as it should). Bake thus three layers. NOTE: the baked cake must cool down, otherwise, if it is removed in the form of heat, it may break. Cooled the cake for about 10-15 minutes. That did not stop the process, I use two pans.
While baked cakes, make cream of boiled condensed milk 200 g butter
All three Korzh coat with cream (all hollows and mounds of the meringue) and decorate to your taste. It is especially awesome the next day... but, as usual, on this day, little remains...
